1981
Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd. founded in Singapore as a regional headquarter of Southeast Asia to expand overseas operations.
2012
Indonesia: Partnering with Ciputra as the Local Development Partner for Residential Projects.
2017
Philippines: Expanded presence in Southeast Asia by entering the market with Rockwell as the local partner for residential projects.
2020
India: Entered into India by partnering with RMZ Corp to develop “RMZ Ecoworld 30”, an office development in Bangalore, India.
2022
Indonesia: Three residential and shop house projects with PT Grahabuana Cikarang (Grahabuana Cikarang Co., Ltd., "GBC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the major local developer PT Jababeka Tbk.
2024
Singapore: Joint venture with CDL to develop a Residential & Serviced Apartment project located at Zion Road.
