Television Centre/ White City Place

Television Centre is a 1.1 million square foot, mixed use redevelopment project on a 14-acre site located in White City, London. Mitsui Fudosan and its strategic partner, Stanhope, acquired the original BBC Television Centre complex in 2012, and have launched a plan to transform the site into a mixed use development featuring 500,000 square feet of Class A offices; up to 950  apartments, penthouses and townhomes; three BBC television studios renovated for the digital age; a wide range of cafés and restaurants; an independent cinema; and a 47-room Soho House Hotel & Club. Residents and tenants will enjoy an array of beautiful and tranquil private courtyard gardens, public plazas and improved connectivity to the surrounding area and Hammersmith Park. The site offers exceptional access to public transportation, located a few minutes’ walk from the White City and Wood Lane tube stations.
